Our exclusive rates are valid from (Mailing date) to 31st March of every year and it subject to a periodic review on the room productivity materialization.
All the above rates are in INR.
As per government regulations. We can’t check-in to any foreign guests without a valid passport and valid travel visa.
All Indian guests must present one of the following ID proof passports driving licenses, voter ID card or Aadhar card. Pan card is not acceptable as valid Proof of ID as per government rules.
Check in time 13:00 Hrs and checkout time in 11:00 Hrs late morning. Early arrival and late Check-out would be complementary on subject to room availability and prior notice. If check-in and check-out is not mention time frame room needs to book a day prior or extra pay
All the rates are exclusive of applicable taxes. In case of any revision in the taxes, the same would be applicable as per the statutory.
Any cancellation or amendments within 48 hours of arrival will attract one night retention charge.
All the bookings will be confirmed against of advance payment guarantee, in the absence of advance payment guarantee / Arrival details, reservations will be held on provisional basis up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date. There after the rooms would be released and offered subject to availability.
In the event of NO Show or cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival date would attract on the confirmed rate. Cancellation policy in case of a bulk booking would be as per the Group Booking Offer letter sent to you.
